Overall Personality ∙
For most of her life she has been a lighthearted, loving she cat. She was raised by her mother Suntail to be kind, and loyal to all of her clanmates. But when it comes to other clans her mother carried distrust which Dawnkit inherited. But in general she thinks the best of everyone. She was shy and quiet around new people when growing up, but when around friends, could be loud and can never seem to stop talking. Dawnstar is very protective over friends and kin, as well as very very loyal and always puts first whats best for her clan in every situation ( but one which is found later in bio). But her downfall has always been her kit like trust and overall personality that she never really grew out of. After the death of Lightningstar she became leader and all things changed for the nieave she cat. With all the misfortune that hit her in such a short time at first she was self absorbed, and sad. But soon seeing the need from her clan she shook her self out of it, but to this day is still weary. In reality she is to young to be leader, and her kitniss still gets her in trouble. So she grudgingly tries to grow out of it for the protection of her clan. And is learning to be less kind and trusting.
Overall Appearance ∙ she has a brownish gray tabby pelt that turns fire red when its touched buy sunlight. her pelt length is short on the whole body except her tail which is a really long dark brown pelt. she has very long tail and ears, which looks kinda funny with her tiny body. her eyes are as big a a baby owls which makes night hunting her favorite thing to do.
Backstory
Her mother and father Suntail and Shrewclaw are both elders. she was in a litter of three her litter mates are Duskpelt her sister and and Shrewtail her brother.
She had one apprentice a she cat named Featherfoot for her hunting skills. Dawnpelt was happy and well placed as the deputy and for a few moons her life in the clan ran well. But soon things would change. There was an uproar in Riverclan, which lead to the leaving of almost half the clan. That night as the angry cats departed, Dawnpelt and Lightningstar went after trying to talk sense into them. Eventually Lightningstar left, but Dawnpelt did not stop trying and got one of them to return Sandypelt.(Which made them best friends to this day.) On the long way back to camp they had to cross the thunderpath, and there they found Ligntningstar. She had been attacked by a monster, her last life was spent. When they returned to camp, they had to announce the perment leaving of there clanmates as well as ther leader...
Time past and soon it was for the gathering more then basic prey running and new kits would be in the news. There Dawnstar ran into Taintedstar the Shadowclan leader, who asked the Dawnstar to meet him in private the next day. Dawnstar knew it was wrong ,but she couldn't help being bewitched by the magnificent ebony leader, in all his grace and power. So she met him, as planed, secretly without another soul knowing. And he revealed to her that he had fallen in love with this young confused leader. She confessed to him as well. And to this day they meat in secret every chance to get. To be together and share their most forbidden love, in which has been intact with out anyone knowing.....so far.
Birthplace ∙ she was born in the Riverclan nursery right at sunhigh.
