Overall Personality ∙ Foxface is a very laid back character. He prefers to use as little energy as possible into his work although doing a decent job at it. He can be slightly whenever nothing needs to get done and takes many breaks between his duties as Deputy to make sure he always looks his best. Some cats question his position as Deputy since he tends to be more worried about himself and his beautiful face rather than the entire Clan. However, in times of need, the orange tabby always pulls through so he can prove he's worthy of his position. He may seem to be rather selfish most of the time, Foxface had over and over again stayed loyal to his Clan which has given him some nice beauty marks on his right flank.
Typically, the red tabby isn't well known for any of the classic warrior skills. He has never been the greatest hunter nor fighter in the world; nor has he ever shined as the greatest tracker: But don't be fooled, he has a great nose. He just isn't the best at anything the Clan's would consider, 'the basic skills of a warrior:' Needless to say, Foxface is pretty average in almost every ability; every ability except one in particular. The Deputy has been known for his sly tricks and smooth ways of talking. As an apprentice, he was a master prankster and was always good with getting what he wanted. Since he wasn't the best fighter, he found that analyzing his opponent would be he only way to ensure he's survive a fight. He know the anatomy of cat's pretty well too! He also uses it to an advantage in fighting since he knows where the weak spots and pressure points can be found. But fighting any thing other than cats is rather tricky to Foxface, since he doesn't know the anatomy all that well.
Additional Tidbits ∙ He prefers hanging around cat's around his age or older. He respects the elders deeply.

Height ∙ 25 cm (height), 47 cm (length)
Overall Appearance ∙ A sleek reddish brown tabby tom with short, slender fur.His tabby markings are very heavily noticed in his face rather than elsewhere on his body. The markings on his legs are so heavy they almost appear to just be the color of the paws entirely rather than thick dark brown stripes. Specifically, his face seems to consist of tabby stripes that are this like a Mackerel. However, the amount of stripes and the thickness of a few of them make his breed obviously a mix. The thick marks are over his eyes and the tabby stripe the runs from his forehead down the the end of his neck. Aside from his head and legs, mostly everywhere else of his body are light tabby markings. From far away, it can be seen that Foxface is part tabby and only has the markings in hiss face and slightly in his tail; however, when cats get closer to him, the begin to notice the faint stripes in his back and sides. On his right flank, he has a few scars from a battle with WindClan while he was a new warrior. One of the scars is obviously a paw swipe and another is the teeth of the giant warrior that bit into him: The teeth marks are more notice able that scratch.
Backstory
Family History ∙ Meadowflower was Foxkit's beautiful and loving mother. She was everything a mother should be: Loving, caring, compassionate, cheerful, everything you would expect a mother to be. The light brown tabby became an all time queen at the age of just twenty moons after she had her first litter. She was never the greatest Warrior so she thought she'd serve the Clan better as a loving Queen to everyone's kits verses always out looking for food. Meadowflower had a total of four litters; the last one was the one Foxkit was born into. Everyone seemed so happy for Meadowflower and her two kits. Lionkit, Foxkit's brother, was a strong and more mature kit for his age. Foxkit on the other hand, was rather small though she seemed to want to explore the world around him. All seemed to well till one faithful night; when Foxkit was not even a moon old, a hungry badger had strolled into camp looking for some easy prey. A Warrior had woken up and alerted everyone, however, the Badger had already gotten to the nursery by then. Non of the kits were harmed that day. However, Meadowflower had died defending her lovely kits and fellow queens. She has always been remembered for her dedication to raining the Clan's future Warriors and her expression on her face when they found her body The one cat who thought she wasn't any good at being a warrior, sacrificed herself when she knew the odds would be her fate.
Family ∙ Father - unknown, Meadowflower (mother; deceased), Liontail (brother; residing in ThunderClan), cousins: anyone older than Foxface, in ThunderClan, can apply to be a cousin for Foxface. Meadowflower had multiple litters and since there was never a known father, the Clan suspects she had multiple mates so the pelts don't have to match.
Birthplace ∙ ThunderClan nursery.
Background ∙ Foxkit grew up in the nursery with five other kits. One was his golden brown pelted brother, Lionkit, but the other four were of a different litter. After Meadowflower was killed, the mother of this specific litter took in the two brothers as one of her own. She was nice, of course all queens were, but Foxkit couldn't help but feel like the special connection between mother and son just wasn't there. He barely knew his real mother yet he felt like he knew her so well. Foxkit was the smallet of all the kits. Though the other kits were only two moons older than him, it was a big gap in size and fighting to get the same amount of milk was always a struggle in the beginning. When the other four kits got to try real food caught from the awe-inspiring warriors, Foxkit and Lionkit couldn't help but feel jealous. The other kits also felt like they were the boss of Foxkit; even Lionkit joined in with them after a while since he was rather large for his age. In fact, the poo reddish brown tabby cat felt like he didn't have a very strong bond with his brother at all.
When the day came for the rad tabby to become an apprentice, nothing made him happier. It wasn't the general 'I can't wait to start training' attitude. It was the fact that he could finally get away from his bossy brother and become a little more independent. Being confined to the camp--and worse, the nursery just wasn't his taste. The queen who raised him told him he needed to be more interdependent with the other cats but self-reliance had more taste for Foxpaw. As an apprentice, Foxpaw didn't seem to interested in focusing at training. He didn't like the way that he had to go at his mentors pace and not his own. It's very selfish, yes, but he just didn't understand why his mentor pushed him the way he did. "You're a very smart apprentice" she would say. "It's a shame you don't try harder because you could be a great Warrior one day." Of course, Foxpaw still thought he'd get better by just sitting around until he felt like doing something. One thing he did to keep him entertained was pull a prank on his brother as he came back with his mentor from a hunting patrol. He hid up in a tree and pounced on him.
After many moons of patiently waiting, Foxpaw finally earned his Warrior name: Foxface. His leader gave it to him for the will he has to maintain a steady attitude and an ir-readable visage despite him being irritated, tired, or annoyed. It never really dawned on the tabby that he was so laid back it didn't really affect the Clan so much. Well, other than his adamant refusal to work at times. He was not a morning cat, so the Dawn patrol didn't interest him. He wasn't the best hunter, so hunting was never his first response to 'what he wanted to do that day.' One thing that made him shine as a Warrior though was his vast knowledge of the cat's anatomy: He was very observant indeed. He did step up his place as a mentor a it when he got his first apprentice. He realized that he had to make decisions too instead of letting an apprentice decide it all. The first thing he taught his apprentice in the fighting realm is that you need to observe your opponent. It seems a bit silly in the midst of battle, but since he knows a lot about pressure points, he could explain how to use them to the advantage. His apprentice took it as great knowledge and respected him a little more now that he knew he wasn't just a lazy cat. He was even more shocked when his mentor even suggested a hunting patrol. Needless to say, Foxface is a great mentor despite the fact that he is lazy at most other times.
A few moons before he became Deputy, he came up with a plan to attack WindClan by sneaking up from different angles. Foxface was never one to bring war, however, WindClan had declared it at the previous gathering. A small group of short and skinny cats would get into one of the enemy Clan's larger and main tunnel systems. A tracker would be on the team and sense what direction to go since it was in the pitch black darkness. Another group would journey all the way to highstones the day before, in hope not to get caught. The leader was on this team. The last group would come in from the angle of four trees. This is the largest group and the Medicine Cat was on this one. A few Warriors stayed back in camp to protect the nursery in case an unwanted predator or enemy cats decided to strode in. The attack happened at nigh and left ThunderClan victorious. Foxface had specifically instructed that no cat were to kill another so the worst that happened was some serious gashes in fur. WindClan learned that their tunnels maybe a bit more exposed than they thought and made them so they weren't as close to the boarders. A few moons later, the Deputy was killed by a loose dog in the territory. The other cats on the patrol were injured but survived the incident. Foxface was appointed Deputy which shocked a few cats. Many would of suspected the amazing Liontail, who was given his Warrior name two moons earlier than Foxface, would of gotten the position. This was a new change in personality for Foxface he'll soon have to learn.

Foxface skidded down the hill with a flare of intensity sparking in his eyes. This was fairly open space for ThunderClan territory which made it exceptionally hard to hunt. However, the reddish brown Deputy didn't care. He never felt so alive before, but that might of been because he was so adamant in his hunting ability; he had denied it for so long. Since when has he been able to ever run this fast? It felt so amazing; felt so alive. He was chasing after a white Rabbit that had probably wandered a little too far over the WindClan boarder. Rabbits weren't all that common in ThunderClan, but when he spotted one, it always must of been a gift from StarClan. It just had to be! The rabbit ran into the brush though Foxface knew the forest all too well to let it get away, he leaped over one of the bushes and landed a couple of pawsteps from the rabbit. As it began to dart again he swiftly swiped his paw and grabbed the white animal with his jaws. There was a loud crack and the sensation of pride swept through the skinny cat's body. He could hunt after all. He didn't even feel that tired from the chase. Maybe he should push himself to work on his hunting skills. Then he gave a slight laugh. He'd need more motivation to that!
