ATTENSHUN FELLOW WARRIORS OF CATS OF ALL CLANS! I, Breezy, your beloved and sometimes eratic forum Co-Owner, has come up with a new bio application (^^ above), of which I very much like and am very proud of.

I ran the thing through with Taintedstar, and she said that I should post it here and gather about the member opinions (because she is only one person, after all, and really can't speak for...90+ other people! (holy crap, that many?)
So! My minions, the time has come for you to speak and be heard without fear of being dragged down to some dark deep dungeon of doom. I'd choose my words wisely, still, if I were you, though...

I would like to add that during my sojurn to the Sky-High Popular forums with the uber-scary uber-advanced role playing, I encountered one thing that was the same pretty much everywhere: they all had a character template that was built much like this one is (granted, they'd all been made for humans, and this is the first cat one that I've seen, but still...) m'kays, over and out!

anywhere from 5 to 12 lbs (pounds); it depends on the size, breed, and age of the character;

the ONETWOTHREEFOURFIVE thing is five (duh!) words that describe your character; like, for Lightingstar, she'd be LOYAL, COURAGEOUS, THOUGHTFUL, BELOVED, WISE (okays, yeah, I pretty much have a "you wish" thing going on, but still, you get the point)

Also, if this did become the new character application template, I'd have this (above ^^) posted, with little notes as to what goes there and how much is expected, and then there'd be a code for it; and then I'd also have an example application; =)

I think this biography template is pretty distinguished to normal ones. I don't get a few things, but I guess it's good cause you get prefect details of the cat in question from this and new members who enter their biographies will know perfectly what the clan expects of them. But if we were to use this from now on, does this mean we all rewrite our bibliography or something? And thanks for teaching me how to get pictures shown!!! ^^

the lyrics were just there to spruce it up;;

and SUFFIX PREFIX is supposed to be prefix suffix....>_> I'll have to change that; but it's your characters name;; prefix would be "Breeze" or "Twitch" or "Thunder", and suffix would be "Tail" or "Heart" or "Feather";

okay, that is it - I am so sick of seeing people use the ancient, dead applications -and/or- the newer ones ~ because not only does it give them tons of lee-way to do just the bare minemum (which is crap when us staff members go to review the biographies - it makes us want to resign and crawl in to some corner and puke) but I cannot stand not having any information about the characters that we're going to role play as;;

Mercurystar, you have expressed your doubts about this biography application template (I believe that you said that it confused you...) but really - what's worse, being confused or having to review those attrocious, poorly-done, barely-thought-upon character biographies? I seem to recall you getting verra upset about seeing the short biographies - this would solve that problem!

Taintedstar, I know you thought it was a little too bold, but you have quite a few characters already, and you're probably not going to make very many more - this would be for our benefit, as well, because then we could actually see a character biography that has some work put into it and is semi-decent and would actually make a good read;

As you can see, I feeling verra fashed at the moment, and would be much obliged if I could have a straight yes or no - preferable the former ~ I really am at my last straw here. I mean, staff, don't you just HATE those goddam pathetic excuses that pass (not very well) for a biography?

Well, ok what I don't like is the colors and BOLDness of it. It just seems a little unattractive to me. If the title wasn't so HUGE and BOLD and GREEN. I'm a plain person haha :]. I just really don't like how it looks. Like it is good like the content, just I don't like the appearance. Sorry if that is insulting.
