Overall Personality ∙ Larkpaw is smart and outging. She loves to play jokes on others and she often does not pay attention when another cat is talking to her. Larkpaw does, however, care about her Clan and wants to be one of the best Warriors there are when she leaves her apprenticehood behind. Larkpaw is gentle though she tries not to show it in order to be one of the better warriors of the Clan. This young she-cat hopes that she will see a lot of battles in her future.
Larkpaw also likes to lie in the sun and soak up the warmth. She often likes to lay around and not do anything. She knows she will have to learn one way or another about all she can about being a warrior. This young she-cat sometimes looks into the Medicine Cat and admires the organization there. Sometimes she wishes she could be a Medicine Cat, but she knows that there is already a Medicine Cat and a Medicine Cat Apprentice. Larkpaw hopes that she can be friends with Sunpaw. She admires the slightly older she-cat.

Overall Appearance ∙ Larkpaw has a pretty dark tabby and cream pelt with white paws. She has soft blue eyes and a scar over one eye. Larkpaw also has a a reddish tail with dark rings running down the length of her tail. Her ears are cream tipped. Running down her back she has stripes like that of a tiger.
Larkpaw is agile and has well toned muscles. Her body is better suited for hunting and fighting. Her claws are well honed for battle and hunting. The small she-cat's fur is smooth and well groomed. It shines like dark fire in the sunlight and like a water surface in the moonlight. Her soft blue eyes expresses her love and her devotion.

Juniperpaw was eight whole moons older than Emberpaw. He was nearing his warrior ceremony and he had no time for love. He had not realized that Emberpaw was mooning after him. When Juniperpaw became Juniperfur her noticed several things that he had not really noticed as an apprentice. First off he noticed that he had several she-cat apprentices were mooning after him. Second, he noticed that he only liked two of the four she-cats that were padding after him. He told Lichenpaw and Frostpaw that he was not interested in them.
Emberpaw saw that she was one of the ones that Juniperfur was interested in. The other she-cat was Aspenpaw. Emberpaw worked hard as an apprentice and prepared for her upcoming warrior ceremony. She and Aspenpaw always competed to be the best and to impress Juniperfur. Emberpaw was devestated when Aspenpaw seemed to impress Juniperfur more than Emberpaw. Emberpaw was wondering if she was not going to be the chosen one because Aspenpaw was better than she was.
Two moons passed and Aspenpaw went on to be Aspenheart and Emberpaw went on to be Embercloud. The day after their vigil Embercloud and Aspenheart continued their competition and it began to anger Juniperfur. In the end he said he did not want a mate who was competative and won everytime. He turned to Embercloud and chose her as his mate. The she-cat was entirely shocked at being chosen.
Embercloud and Juniperfur grew closer and had two litters together. The first one was Heatherclaw, Leaftail, and Underpelt. The three of them died in battle. The second litter of Embercloud and Juniperfur is Taintedkit, Darkkit, Larkkit, and Rapidkit. The two cats wait in anxiety as they wait for their two surviving kits Larkkit and Rapidkit to become apprentices.
Embercloud and Juniperfur sometimes get together for a hunting patrol to continue their love for each other. Embercloud loves Juniperfur and she has not shone another ounce of competition at all. Juniperfur was glad that he had chosen a mate who did not want to win everything at every time. Embercloud just wanted to make sure that her Clan was prosperous and happy. Aspencloud had vanished one night several moons before and no one was able to find her. The entire Clan concluded that she was deceased.

The five of them were born in leafbare and there was little food for their mother. Larkkit watched as her mother got skinnier and skinnier and so she and her littermates were getting weaker. By the middle of leafbare Darkkit and Taintedkit died from starvation and weakness. Larkkit and Rapidkit barely survived their first leafbare.
When Larkkit and Rapidkit were 4 moons old the snuck out of the camp and explored the forest. The season was the beginning of newleaf. Larkkit and Rapidkit came across a thorn bush and began exploring it. Larkkit got stuck in it and as she was trying get free she got her face scratched. She yowled as blood flooded into her eye. Larkkit was stuck and Rapidkit could not get her out. Larkkit told her brother to go get help. She would rather get in trouble then stay stuck forever. Larkkit waited for what seemed like days while her brother went to find help.
Rapidkit finally returned with the boarder patrol and soon Larkkit wsa pulled free from the thorn bush. By the time Larkkit was pulled free of the bush she was half concious. She was rushed back to the Clan and the Medicine Cat looked her over. Larkkit was in a world of darkness and when she finally woke up she could see perfectly out of her right eye. The kit was told that she would heal perfectly, but would have a scar for the rest of her life. She was released from the Medicine Cat den and she returned to the Nursery.
Now Larkkit is 6 moons old and she hopes to become and apprentice
