Overall Personality ∙ Overall Personality ∙ Lightningfeather is a well kept-together cat with a good head on his shoulders. He has a funny side to him, and likes to make others laugh. I would say that this side gets the best of him, but then I'd be lying. Lightningfeather is mainly quite, and kept-to himself alot. He doesn't enjoy speaking publicly, and likes to think beore he speaks..>.>. He was raised well and is a very emotionally and physically strong cat.
Lightningfeather isn't very open about his feelings. He has no desire(so far..) to fall in love, have kits, all that white picket fence stuff, and no desires other than to be the greatest cat he can, while remaining at a low status. He has a few ambitions, but he doesn't know whether to pursue them or not. He acts calm in a risky situation, and knows how to speak to cats.
Lightningfeather isn't mean, he just isn't nice. He doesn't like to speak alot, and he doesn't like company. He likes being with himself and thinking. His fur is full of secrets, and he is a well guarded cat.

Reflection
Overall Appearance ∙ Lightningfeather is a extremely fuzzy orange cat with long neck fur. He has pale green eyes, the color of leaves in the Spring, and he has neat, shapely paws. Lightningfeather has rather long whiskers, and a small pink nose.
His neck fur is really long, again, and makes him look as if he has the mane of a tiger. When he walks, it gently shakes and irritates his whiskers off. His eyes are rather oval shaped, and can never reveal his thoughts.
Lightningfeather has a lithe, well porportioned body, but his fur covers all of it up. The name "Lightningfeather" was given to him because of the way his fur is long and shaggy near his neck. Almost as if a lightning bolt had strucken him. Lightningfeather's ears are rather small for his furry head, and pointed. His tail is fuzzy as well, and rather short. Not minx short, but a medium length tail that doesn't really go with his furry body.

Background ∙ Lightningkit was born on a snowy day in the middle of Leafbare, next to Redkit. He was a small orange tom, and his mother, Rubyheart, and father, Sundance, stood prouldy as Redkit and Lightningkit suckled as young kits. His mother, Rubyheart, was a kind and gentle she-cat with a weakness for kits. She had always wanted the life of a queen(Btw, If you have read Firestar's Quest--She was like Clover) and never asked for anything else.
His father, Sundance, on the other hand was a completely different story. He barely visited the nursery to check up on his kits, and all he wanted of them was to make his name proud. He was stubborn and strong-willed. Willing to argue with anything. The day before he was to be apponited deputy of ThunderClan, Sundance was killed in a battle with badgers, leaving his mate and kits to fend for themselves.
The next few moons weren't all that easy. Rubyheart became extremely ill and Redkit and Lightningkit had to be suckled by a different queen, Willowbranch. Rubyheart died shortly after Sundance, and most say because of a broken heart. Redkit grew extremely ill as well, wheezing and not eating. One morning, Lightningkit woke to find his sister cold and lying still beside him, her eyes forever closed.
Lightningkit became Lightningpaw and was appointed to Robinflutter, a blue and white she cat with a nose for trouble. Robinflutter was a very skilled fighter, and thinker as well. She taught Lightningpaw all that she knew, hoping to have him follow in her pawsteps. Robinflutter was kinda like the big sister he never had. She was there with him until the day she retired, and moved to the Elder's Den to live out her moons peacefully.
Lightningpaw was announced as a full warrior on the night of a full moon, having to stay at camp guarding, rather than go to the Gathering. Lightningfeather was his name, and all he has wanted to do since then is protect his Clan, and his name. Lightningfeather knew that with this name, he was given his dignity, and the responsibility of a warrior.
