You know I like my chicken fried
Cold beer on a Friday night
A pair of jeans that fit just right
And the radio up
Well I was raised up beneath the shade of a Georgia pine
And that`s home you know
With sweet tea, pecan pie and homemade wine
Where the peaches grow
And my house it`s not much to talk about
But it`s filled with love that`s grown in southern ground
And a little bit of chicken fried
Cold beer on a Friday night
A pair of jeans that fit just right
And the radio up
Well I`ve seen the sunrise
See the love in my woman`s eyes
Feel the touch of a precious child
And know a mother`s love
And its funny how it`s the little things in life that mean the most
Not where you live, what you drive or the price tag on your clothes
There`s no dollar sign on a piece of mind; this I`ve come to know
So if you agree have a drink with me
Raise your glasses for a toast
To a little bit of chicken fried
Cold beer on a Friday night
A pair of jeans that fit just right
And the radio up
Well I`ve seen the sunrise
See the love in my woman`s eyes
Feel the touch of a precious child
And know a mother`s love
I thank god for my life
And for the stars and stripes
May freedom forever fly, let it ring.
Salute the ones who died
And the ones that gave their lives so we don`t have to sacrifice
All the things we love
Like our chicken fried
Cold beer on a Friday night
A pair of jeans that fit just right
And the radio up
Well I`ve seen the sunrise
See the love in my woman`s eyes
Feel the touch of a precious child
And know a mother`s love
You know I like my chicken fried

The sun rose slowly, just as it would set. He lay watching it turn the sky the most beautiful colors. It lit up the atmosphere an amber color of sort. Teddy knew that they day would begin soon. Last night he couldn't sleep, and by the bags underneath his eyes you could tell. He cleared his throat and stood. He stretched, by arching his back and extending his front paws forward. He yawned, quite loudly, then licked his lips. He glanced around him. It seemed no other warriors had awoken yet, but he could be wrong. He walked, pacing almost as he thought about Honeypelt. He had fallen in love with her, but he felt as if he knew nothing about her. Her face was smooth and inviting. Her figure was lean and beautiful. Her pelt was perfect, in the moonlight or the sunlight. Oh how he wished to see her now. He sat, waiting for the sun to finish with its massacre, The sky was almost fully lit up. Very little clouds surrounded the horizon, but that would change with the coming of Leafbare. He loved Leaffall how the new arrange of colors covered the earth's surface. He took a deep breath, it was both of satisfaction and yearning for more.
