09/22/09 Today is the first day of Autumn! My favorite season! We got two new members yesterday/today, Shadowpaw an Irishkit. The gathering is officially over and a new one will start soon, hopefully. The activity check is so close to being over! Make sure you go post. I will soon be sending out emails to all members then narrow them down to just inactive members and so on and so forth. Venompool sat on a rock in the middle of the Marshland in his territory. Moonlight fluttered around the shallow murky water making it glow angelically. The tall grass swayed back and forth, tickling the young tom's paws. Earlier today, he told Silvermist he wanted to spend some time with her later tonight. "I hope she shows, I know Dreampaw is a handful," he joked to himself as he watched the sky.
The stars were dancing overhead doing a simple fox-trot to the rhythm of the wind in the willow trees. Ah, tonight is so beautiful, he thought looking around. A beautiful flower caught his eye which made Venompool think of his lovely Silvermist in it. Leaping down from his rock, the tom snipped the steam to the waterlily and held it gingerly in his fangs. She'll love this!

Her heart danced through the night sky. It was time. All she could ever think about was him. He was her everything. Her heart was racing, but her feet weren’t. She knew the Marshlands were a ways away, but she wasn’t too worried. She needed to get out of camp first. She padded slowly, out of camp; no one could see her now. Her sweet pitter patter of her paws transformed into a hard pounding as she began to sprint. She breathed heavily, wanting to be with him now. It became almost a second nature as she avoided the trees, giving her time to think. Why? Popped into her mind. Why are we meeting? We have already confessed our love to each other. The thought faded away, she didn’t really care why she just liked knowing that they were meeting. That was enough of an answer for her that he loved her enough to want to be away from the clan to be with just her. The warrior Wolfsong came into the thought process. She was beautiful and sweet. Wolfsong had left Bloodclan in hopes of mating with Venompool. Why did he pick me? she thought. Would Wolfsong ever hurt me because I have her tom, the one she dreams about at night? No she wouldn’t, Silvermist assured herself. The scent of the Marshland filled her lungs it was near. She erased the many crowded thoughts and focused don him. She stopped and calmed herself. She didn’t want him to see her flustered. Her expression was no happy and excited. She walked into the view of him. He had a waterlily in his jaws. Silvermist’s face lit up. Was I supposed to get something for him? she thought.

Venompool smiled as the sweet scent of Silvermist grew closer and closer. She did come! He loved to get away with her, away from the Clan, to just spend some time together. Now-a-days, they could hardly do this with all the apprentices and preparing for Leaf-Bare. Then, as if the sun shone at night, the perfectly beautiful she-cat padded into his view with her pelt glowing. His breath had been lost somewhere in his chest; everything around him seemed to melt into a black smudge all but him and Silvermist. Her eyes made his hold on, and made him float. Sighing blissfully, he took one step slowly, then another and soon he was a mouse-length away from her. He carefully placed the small waterlily behind her ear, it's radiant creamy white hue matched the she-cat's pelt. "Beautiful, just like you, my dear," he murmured, nuzzling her cheek slightly.

Venompool sighed and smiled at this lovely she-cat. How lucky had he been to have been blessed with the angel? After all he went through, she was his harbor, his rock. The three scratches on his forehead tingled as memories pumped into them like blood did in his veins. "Why, thank you M'dea, although you are simply an angel. My angel," he murmured his inner thoughts. Moonlight danced of their pelts, shimmering onto the trees. Late fireflies flickered around them, making the mood peaceful. The young tom sighed peacefully as the night music swayed his soul. If only they could dance together. He ran his tail under her chin and licked Silvermist's cheek. "How has your day been, love?" he whispered into her ear.

As his voiced warmed her thoughts, she gazed at him. She felt as if it was only them left in the world. It is like one of those love scenes when the camera spins around the characters. Of like the scene from the lion king when Simba finally reunites with Nala after years of being away from each other. The song plays and the only characters your focus is on them. Right now, it was the same way. Silvermist was only thinking of Venompool. How handsome he was and how he was such a gentleman to her. Silvermist rubbed her cheek against his. Her heart fluttered as she felt his soft pelt. “My day was great, but now that I’m with you it is perfect,” she whispered.

Venompool laughed quietly. "As I feel the same, m'dear. Everything is perfect when we are together. Nothing came come between us," he murmured, licking her check. The tom pulled away and intertwined his tail with hers. "Shall we take a little stroll? You know, enjoy the night," he winked. Tonight was a beautiful night indeed. Late fireflies flickered around them and the pine and willow tress blew in the gentle breeze. Wonderful scents of maple and fish carried over from RiverClan and ThunderClan territory. Could this night get any better?he thought. Looking over his shoulder, he saw the reason he breathed every breath. Her figure was inviting, as was her eyes. Sure, they had marks of a painful past, but he hoped to make her forget about the past and more on the future. Of course, he saw the two of them together in the future, everything gone aright.

She felt excited and nervous at the same time. As if she was about to go on a roller coaster. The kind you are really scared to get on you want to bail out, but when you do get on it is worth every second of anticipation. “Yes,” she replied. She kept her tailed wound in hers and stepped forward. She looked back at him, a wide grin spread across her face as she met his gaze. “Follow me,” she meowed. She knew the perfect place to go. Venompool breathed in her sweet scent as she lead him away somewhere. "I will follow you anywhere," he whispered as he walked side by side with this goddess. Her pelt was soft against his and sparks seemed to bounce every hair on their body. Seeing her eyes made his heart melt into a million pieces and his blood red eyes too. Except, his weren't a bloody red, they were a softer red, like the deep and passionate color of love. He tightened his grip on her tail, never wanted to let her go. Like a little child holding on to a balloon, he never wanted her to fly away from him.

On August 21st of the year 2008 a young leader leaves her clan. But why? She was in love, deeply and fully in love. He was a loner, never knew about the clans till she came along. He loved her dearly, even after the day she died. She was pregnant, but she did not know it. She didn’t gain much weight and had no symptoms of the pregnancy. She gave birth to only one kit. Odd, isn’t it? Very rare at least. She died during the birth. The loner was devastated.
He took great care of the kit and named it in the remembrance of his lover. He fond another she-cat who had recently had kits and he asked her to nurse the young one. She agreed. The loner raised her afterward, taught her everything he knows. He even told her about the clans and that she could return. She turns his offer down and stays with him.
Although, she would wander and see the clan cats together and she longed for their company. When she became the age of a new warrior her father had died. He ate a dead crow and it was poisoned; probably why the crow died too. She decided to go and meet these clans.
She went there on a full moon, to the Four Trees of course. The two leaders that knew her mother had mistaken her for her mother. So did a resigned leader, Silvermist. Silvermist ran to the young cat. “Brightface,” she had shouted. Only to be proved horribly wrong.
The cat was shocked. ‘Did she know my mother?’ she thought.
“Hello,” Silvermist meowed, “I am Silvermist, proud warrior of Shadowclan.”
The young she-cat had a very confused expression, “Hello, Silvermist. I am Bright. I have lived as a loner with my father. My mother used to be in these clans.”
Silvermist lit up at once, “Well, it is very nice to meet you, Bright. Where is your mother?” she asked.
Bright looked down, “Not here,” she murmured. “She is with, as you call it, Starclan,” she sighed.
“Brightface is dead?” Silvermist meowed in shock and confusion, “how?”
Bright looked up, “She died giving birth to me.”
Silvermist smiled at the she-cat, “You poor thing, you must tell me everything, but first I need to speak to the others.”
Silvermist went up to the great Rock and said everything she knew so far to the other leaders and warriors. Most didn’t know Brightface personally but they knew she was a loved member of Thunderclan, once leader at that.
Fernstar had known Brightface very well and she told the rest of her clan tat they would all weep in her remembrance that night. And if they could not or would not weep, they would take care of the ones who were.
That night, Silvermist went to Barley’s Farm to speak with a few loners; trying to get the last moments of Brightface’s life figured out. She spoke to many, only few knew Brightface, but all of them knew Bright. She had most of the story filled in. During the night she met a rogue. She knew she was in deep the moment she spoke with him. He hated Bright’s father. She fought with him. There was blood lust and he wasn’t giving up. Silvermist ran, and went to her mate, Stormheart. He took her to the Medicine cat's den, and he went back to fight with the rogue. Stormheart lost and was never seen again. The rogue thought losing your mate was worse then dying, it made you suffer and live without your true love just like he did. The rogue was the one who poisoned that crow Brights father ate. He went to the Clans that night, with an army of followers, all bloodthirsty and ready to fight. All hell broke out.
